At Parkview Elementary, students, staff, parents, and community are respected, valued, and encouraged to give input into the decision-making process. Working together as a team, demonstrating professionalism and personal integrity, we are committed and take responsibility in bringing our vision to life so that all students at Parkview Elementary School will reach their personal and academic goals.

The Chula Vista Elementary School District’s (CVESD) Sound Station received the Innovate Honorable Mention Award from the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) during the 23rd Annual Innovation in Education Awards ceremony on May 14, 2026.

The Chula Vista Elementary School District’s goal is to foster a sense of shared responsibility and accountability, supporting the home-school connection and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for all students (Goal 5 of the LCAP). As part of the district-wide initiative to increase family engagement, CVESD has a Parent Ambassador Program to strengthen partnerships among families, schools, and the district.

The Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD) has been recognized with the Best Communities for Music Education (BCME) Award from The NAMM Foundation, honoring the district’s outstanding commitment to music education and equitable access to the arts for all students.
